Staying on the executive floor was a delight with clean and cozy rooms. Although a bit dated, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, offering a magical view over West Lake. The hotel provides a peaceful atmosphere, but it may require a bit of a trek to reach tourist sights. The dining experience, especially the buffet with varied options, was a highlight, while facilities were plentiful. The service was top-notch, with staff taking great care and showing genuine interest in personalizing our stay.
